SALES DIRECTOR
Marc has worked in the property industry for over 15 years, covering all the Fylde Coast including Garstang, Great Eccleston, Kirkham and the surrounding areas. After managing his own branches for other local estate agents, Marc decided it was time to branch out on his own as director of sales.
LETTINGS MANAGER
Nicola joined iMove in 2016, after working in corporate sales for several years. Starting as sales negotiator, she has worked in both sales and lettings and is now our lettings manager. Nicola is ARLA qualified, having passed her Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property, meaning she is fully up to date with the ever-changing lettings legislation. In her spare time, she likes to see her friends and go on mini adventures with her family!
PROPERTY MANAGER
Before joining iMove, Sarah worked for a well-established local agent for over 15 years. During this time, Sarah has built up an excellent reputation with local landlords due to her wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry. Sarah will take all the hassle out of the lettings process for you and keep you updated every step of the way! When Sarah is not at work, you’ll most likely catch her riding a horse.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Emma has worked in all areas of the property industry on/off for 20 years. She joined the team at iMove to look after the property maintenance side of the business, to ensure that both the landlords and tenants are always kept up to date. Emma enjoys her new role and the daily challenges this brings. In her spare time, she likes to spend it with her 2 children and watching Netflix (when she gets the chance).
LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR
Nicola joined iMove after spending the last couple of years launching a successful lettings business in Egypt! She has worked across all areas of the property industry for just under 2 years. Joining the team in the autumn of 2022 after moving back to the UK, she intends to continue her career (and passion) working in the property industry. In her spare time she enjoys refurbishing properties, and walking her dogs.
PROPERTY INSPECTOR
Cyril has worked for housing providers within both the public and private sectors, with over 30 years of experience! Most recently Cyril has worked for a regional agent undertaking a similar role of Property Inspector, prior to joining us here at iMove in autumn of 2022. In his spare time, Cyril is kept busy with four grandchildren and watching Blackpool FC, as well as trying to fit cycling in between.

Alan has been in the property and finance industry since 1996, and offers a wealth of experience in all areas. Amongst his many roles, he prides himself on sourcing great mortgage deals for his customers! When he’s not at work, he enjoys playing football and spending time with his family.

Sam has worked within the property, and mortgage industry since 2007. He's an expert in residential and buy-to-let mortgages, and also oversees the day-to-day financials and accounts. In his spare time Sam enjoys spending time outdoors and is a season ticket holder at Blackpool F.C.
