Our managing director Ian has worked in the industry for 15 years. He has a wealth of experience in traditional estate and letting agency together with a background in building surveying, property development and property management.
We believe 7 day a week opening, evening and weekend accompanied viewings, 3D floor plans and professional quality photography are all extremely important and should be standard, so we offer them all – plus our competitive fees are fixed, paid on completion and are inclusive of VAT.

Manager & Valuer
Brittanie was our first employee and has been with us since we ran the empire from our spare bedroom! Brit has 12 years experience in the industry in and around Blackpool, Poulton and Thornton-Cleveleys. Happy to start early and work late, she develops great relationships with our customers and is a mean negotiator. Brit is also a trained inventory clerk - extremely useful for our lettings department!
Marc joined iMove in the summer of 2017 having worked for a large national competitor and bringing over 10 years’ experience. He has a good knowledge of different parts of the Fylde Coast and is our number one valuer. He is already starting to form excellent and long lasting relationships with local sellers and brings an excellent sense of humour to iMove – he is a great fit in our busy and successful office.
Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Nicola joined our company in 2016 and has quickly grown into an invaluable member of the team. Nic brought a wealth of knowledge to iMove, having worked previously for a large asset management company dealing in the repossession, marketing, sale and rental of properties on behalf of banks and building societies. With a calm head on her shoulders, she is extremely reliable and hard working.
Caroline Roberts MARLA
Lettings Negotiator and Administrator
Caroline joined us from a local lettings competitor who we acquired in 2017 and is ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) registered so brings a wealth of knowledge to our quickly expanding lettings department. We are proud to have Caroline as our key lettings person and with a smile on her face, she is efficient and organised, essential in the ever changing regulatory world of residential lettings.
Junior Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Ryan joined iMove as a Trainee and is quickly becoming a solid member of the team. With an old head on young shoulders, Ryan is calm and collected and can deal with many of the daily issues we face. He is proving to be excellent at negotiating sales and lets and we hope he will be with the iMove family for years to come.
Alex is the other half of the husband and wife team and is a qualified solicitor bringing a wealth of legal knowledge to the company. You can always rely on Alex for her calm and gentle nature – a key skill, particularly in the latter stages of a sale!
John is Ian’s dad and has been our professional viewer since early 2013 – known for giving viewers plenty of time in each property – a combination of his ability to hold a conversation and his 35 years as a teacher in Blackpool. John is a valuable member of the IMOVE team.
Martha was our first Apprentice. Her dad constantly asks her to concentrate on selling and renting houses instead of watching Peppa Pig. As she is unable to drive she has to catch buses to viewings which really slows down our diary! She has a wicked sense of humour and keeps the office buzzing throughout the week.
Freddy is the latest addition to our apprenticeship scheme and is performing very well given his age and level of experience. You can rely on Freddy for a cheeky smile and regular nappy changes and both he and his sister keep the other team members young and in high spirits!
